Lana Maria Naghshineh is a trailblazer in the field of construction law. With a Juris Doctor from the University of Miami and international certifications in mediation, she has built a reputation for excellence over more than a decade of practice. Her extensive experience includes representing high-net-worth individuals and entities, including international airline owners and politicians, in both litigation and mediation.
About The Firm
LMN Legal’s clients live, buy, and develop real estate worldwide. This is why online mediation is especially important in the post-pandemic and post-sanctions world. Although available upon request, the parties and their attorneys (should they choose to instruct an attorney), are able to attend mediation from anywhere the world and it does not require that the parties attend an in-person mediation in the location of the Project or the jurisdiction in which the litigation is currently pending.
The firm focuses solely on construction and property disputes, and its founder is considered a construction and property law specialist. LMN Legal, P.A. provides confidential international online and in-person mediation of construction and property disputes involving luxury properties worldwide. It also provides construction litigation representation through inception to trial involving similar properties in South Florida. The firm’s founder, Lana M. Naghshineh, is also a registered foreign lawyer in England and Wales. LMN Legal, P.A. will celebrate its tenth anniversary in January 2015.
